Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During holidays, new product launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery Time
With the current handling estimate of 1-3 business days and transit estimate of 7-14 business days, the total estimated delivery window is approximately 8-17 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, weather, carrier delays, or local delivery conditions.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is currently free for orders shipped to the eligible destinations covered by our shipping service: Mainland China, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The store currently does not offer shipping to other destinations. If a destination is not available at checkout, we do not currently offer shipping there.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available for your destination.
Customs, Duties, And Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local handling fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Tao Herbal is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost Or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@taoherbal.com with your order number. We will help check the shipment status and work with the carrier where possible.
