We want you to feel comfortable shopping with Tao Herbal. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@taoherbal.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
Returns
Because our products are personal-care items, we can only accept returns for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
To request a return, email hello@taoherbal.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
Please do not send items back before contacting us. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Wrong, Or Missing Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and help make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used shampoo bars and personal-care products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Sale items and gift cards are not refundable unless required by law.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, subject to applicable law. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
